Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return

Article 1: Preamble

Article 3 : Ordering

3.1 Order validation

All orders placed on the site imply acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

3.2 Payment

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the site. The order is considered validated once payment has been confirmed.

Article 4 : Delivery

4.1 In-store collection

Orders placed online must be picked up directly in store at the following address: 355 Bd Gréber, Gatineau, QC J8T 6H8.

4.2 Preparation times

Orders are prepared within 2-3 working hours after validation. An email or SMS will be sent to confirm that the order is ready for collection.

4.3 Pick-up times

Orders can be collected at the following times: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm and Sunday 10.00am - 9.00pm.

Article 5 : Returns and refund policy

5.1 General principle

In accordance with the nature of food products, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in the cases provided for in article 5.2.

5.2 Exceptions

Returns and refunds can only be accepted in the following situations:

  • Canned goods : Damaged or defective cans.
  • Expired products : If the product received has expired on receipt.
  • Order error : Product different from the one ordered.

5.3 Returns procedure

For all eligible returns :

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order via email: mroseryne@yahoo.com or phone: +1 (343) 204-1287.
  2. Provide proof (photos or videos) of the anomaly.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by customer service.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Article 6 : Liability

L'épicerie cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

Article 8: Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French and Canadian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the head office of the grocery store.

Article 9 : Modifications

L'épicerie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
