4.3 Pick-up times
Orders can be collected at the following times: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm and Sunday 10.00am - 9.00pm.
Article 5 : Returns and refund policy
5.1 General principle
In accordance with the nature of food products, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in the cases provided for in article 5.2.
5.2 Exceptions
Returns and refunds can only be accepted in the following situations:
- Canned goods : Damaged or defective cans.
- Expired products : If the product received has expired on receipt.
- Order error : Product different from the one ordered.
5.3 Returns procedure
For all eligible returns :
